"Fitting rooms were actually chill"
I tried a few things on at aritzia the fitting rooms were super chill. They felt really private, which I appreciated, and the mirrors/lighting weren’t doing that weird unflattering thing. Made it way easier to figure out what actually looked good and fit right.

I returned a sweater and exchanged a pair of pants for a smaller size. I thought it might be a whole thing—actually, it was quick and there was no hassle at all. The refund showed up faster than I expected, too.

"Clear care instructions, which honestly matters"
I really appreciated that the washing instructions were easy to find and actually made sense. Sweaters can be tricky, and nobody wants to ruin one just because the care label is confusing. This was simple and straightforward, so I knew what to do without guessing.

Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying this sweater: the color looked like a soft beige in the photos, but in person it’s much more yellow. I was disappointed because it wasn’t the shade I expected at all. The sweater itself seemed okay, but the product pictures definitely need better lighting or more accurate color representation.

I don’t know what kind of magic they’re using, but my orders always show up way quicker than I expect. Like I’ll place an order and then suddenly it’s already at my door, which is always a nice little surprise.

I ordered from Aritzia while overseas and was a little nervous about duties and extra fees. But everything was shown right at checkout, so I wasn’t going in with no idea of what I’d be paying.
The package showed up just fine, and I didn’t get hit with no surprise charges at delivery. That was a huge relief and definitely makes ordering internationally feel way less stressful.

"Cute styles, but sizing could be more reliable"
I’ve shopped at Aritzia a few times and I do really like a lot of their styles. Most of the pieces I’ve tried have fit well, and I appreciate that they offer more sizes than some other stores. That said, the sizing can be hit or miss depending on the item. Some pants run smaller than expected, and the larger sizes seem to sell out really quickly. It’s a decent size range overall, but I do wish it was more consistent. For the price, I’d expect a little better, and some kind of credit or compensation when sizing is this off would feel fair.

I’ve ordered from Aritzia a handful of times now, the quality is really solid. The fabrics feel nice, the stitching isn’t some sloppy crap, and everything I’ve bought has held up well after washing. Yeah, it’s a bit expensive, which is annoying as hell, but most of the pieces actually feel worth the money.

I’ve been really enjoying how nice this feels on my skin! It’s soft and comfortable to wear, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I did notice that some of the blends have a bit more polyester than I expected, but overall I still really like the feel.

"Pretty smooth order overall"
Everything in my order was right, the sizes and colors were exactly what I picked. The package showed up clean and not crushed, which I always stress about for some reason. The clothes were folded nicely, no weird smell, and all the tags were there. Maybe I’m too easily impressed by an order just being normal, but that’s all I was hoping for. Good experience ordering from aritzia.

I ordered a jacket from aritzia and the whole thing was smooth. The site was easy to browse, the filters worked well and the pages loaded fast for me. Checkout was simple, Apple Pay showed up right away, I got my confirmation email quickly. No problems at all

"I like some of the styles and…"
I like some of the styles and the colors are really nice, but for the price, a lot of the pieces feel a little too plain. I was hoping the designs would have more shape or something that made them stand out more. Also, I was expecting a faster response when I had a question, so that part was a bit disappointing too.

"Restocks Take a While"
I like the stuff, but I wish they restocked items a little faster. It feels like things sell out and then just sit unavailable for ages. Maybe they’re getting more demand than they expected or the supplier is slow, I’m not really sure, but it’d be great if restocks were more consistent.

"Stuff actually holds up"
I’ve bought from aritzia a handful of times, mostly just basics and a couple pieces I end up wearing all the time. My cargos and sweaters still look good, which surprised me a bit because I’m definitely not babying them in the wash or anything. No weird stretching, no pilling so far, and the seams don’t feel like they’re going to give out after a few wears. Yeah, it’s not exactly cheap, but if it’s something I’m reaching for constantly, I don’t mind as much. For me it’s been an easy 5 stars.
